Terms and Conditions

In order to offer you the best services available, please be aware of the following policies and procedures.

Changes to Orders:

It will no longer be possible to change or add to an order after it has been processed. Please contact us.

Returns:

Please call LeJoy, Inc for Return Merchandise Authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee for merchandise returned. Any defective item returned during the applicable warranty period will be repaired or replaced when returned with authorization and freight prepaid.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be made in writing within 14 business days and may be faxed to 1.205.252.0501.

Missing Items:

We must be notified of any missing items within 10 business days after receiving the merchandise. Fax a list of the items and quantity missing. This allows us to send any missing items out to you in a timely manner.
